Lemon Thyme Stuffing
This stuffing is perfectly herby and zingy, with a crunchy crispy exterior and a soft, melt-in-your-mouth interior. The perfect compliment to your table. However, this one never lasts long in our household!
200g Pork Mince
2. Start chopping your ingredients and place them in a medium sized bowl. Add the mince, garlic, lemon zest, herbs, Dijon mustard, breadcrumbs and salt and pepper, and mash together with your hands. When everything is mixed together, transfer to an oiled small baking dish.
3. Place in the oven for 40 minutes. When it’s ready, take out and leave to sit for 4-5 minutes. Serve immediately.
