Ingredients ( serves three people)
Sourdough Loaf, sliced thickly
4 large Gherkins, sliced thinly
6 slices of Pastrami
6 slices of Swiss Cheese
3 slices of Corned Beef
2 Tablespoons of Dijon Mustard
3 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
Slice the sourdough into thick slices and pop into the toaster, until golden brown and crunchy.
Meanwhile, make the sauce, simply pop the mustard & mayonnaise in a small bowl and stir. Add to one side of each the toasted breads and start to layer the sandwich fillings.
I always go for two slices Swiss cheese first, then two slices of Pastrami, one slice of Corn Beef then sliced Gherkins last, then top with another slice of bread.
So easy, and incredibly tasty!
